We are using Zaplee Skype for Asterisk service. We almost know nothing about details of SKYPE, however I have just send my greeting recording and the list of Skype names. Here we are less then a day my little company had a corporate identity. Working proper for a cost of almost nothing. The support is excellent. After years of searching I have finally found a good software to do what I need. Customer support is great, and would be very interested in any software that they produce in the future. Fantastic piece of software. I have tried a number of IVR style plug-ins for Skype and this has to be the best so far. It is a lot cleaner and easier to use than most of the others, and is the first I have found to silence Skype from getting carried away with itself. Microsoft Sam as an automated voice option is a nice touch! Still playing with the trial, however, looking forward to implementing it as the business' main call handler soon.
